Cangke Island is located in the cluster of small islands of South Sulawesi. This region still belongs to the administration of Pangkajene Kepulauan Regency. To reach Cangke Island, you have to use rental ship from Paotere Seaport, Makassar by paying $7 US dollar per person. It takes around 3 hours to get to the island. If you want to go to the island, make sure to prepare everything for your stay on the island, such as clean water, food, sleeping bag, tent and clothes and do not forget to bring medicine, because this island does not have a complete facility yet and according to the local people, Cangke Island is uninhabited.
